because training core in general makes me want to kms and I don't really have time. Already spend 1.5 hours in the gym 4 times a week.why not add cable twists and weighted crunches
personally i dont even bother JFL. i have only train the aesthetic view muscles and keep my stomach flat. you can kinda see the 6pack but it isnt fully visible unless im flexing like a jew in a campbecause training core in general makes me want to kms and I don't really have time. I would do ab wheel at home on my off days.
tbh I don't care much about abs either, I like it when my stock looks flat and I have a slight adonis belt forming anyway.personally i dont even bother JFL. i have only train the aesthetic view muscles and keep my stomach flat. you can kinda see the 6pack but it isnt fully visible unless im flexing like a jew in a camp
nah, your abs works almost in every compound especially if u do pull/chin ups.tbh I don't care much about abs either, I like it when my stock looks flat and I have a slight adonis belt forming anyway.
But shouldn't you train core to not cause muscle imbalances/ shit posture?
your abs are always being worked if you are doing shit like core/hammer pulls or stuff where you pull inwardstbh I don't care much about abs either, I like it when my stock looks flat and I have a slight adonis belt forming anyway.
