I squatcel twice a week and i'd do 5 - 10 mins of ab wheel 3 times a week. Should I do more?

why not add cable twists and weighted crunches

because training core in general makes me want to kms and I don't really have time. Already spend 1.5 hours in the gym 4 times a week.
I would do ab wheel at home on my off days.

personally i dont even bother JFL. i have only train the aesthetic view muscles and keep my stomach flat. you can kinda see the 6pack but it isnt fully visible unless im flexing like a jew in a camp

tbh I don't care much about abs either, I like it when my stock looks flat and I have a slight adonis belt forming anyway.
But shouldn't you train core to not cause muscle imbalances/ shit posture?

nah, your abs works almost in every compound especially if u do pull/chin ups.
For lower back i would do hyperextensions or armyanov hold

You don't have to train core directly if you're already doing full body compounds.

your abs are always being worked if you are doing shit like core/hammer pulls or stuff where you pull inwards
