Isotretinoin degrades in heat, and it gets unfathomably hot in India. Tests from winter report correct dosing, tests from summer report a way lower dose than described

get tretiva, accufine is hit or miss ive heard many people say its underdoseed

Generics are 99+% of the time gonna be just as good as brand name. Generics can be slightly overdosed too doesn't always mean risk of underdose. Even in India the pharmaceutical industry is generally high quality and reliable, as long as it is legit pharma grade stuff
