Is accumulative dose all that matters for accutane to work?

Basically title, if one would take accutane for let's say 5 years and the dosing would be like 10mg 4 times a week or smth similar! Would this work the same as someone who takes accutane for 6months at 40mg if both people reach the same accumulative dose?(120-150mg/kg)

no not the same result, and overdosing accutane is stupid

You are already overdosing if you take that much of a dossage, that's the whole point of accutane! I don't understand what's the difference if you reach the cumulative dose

receptors are limited and u need some time to build up the collagen

just inhibit your DHT for fuck sake guys accutane is just poison

I already have some camedone, I don't break out as often as I did when I was younger, but as far as I know inhibiting DHT by dutasteride will help to not break out, not to resolve acne from a long time

Doesn't accutane also help with collagen? I read that a lot of actors microdose it for life and even Bryan Johnson takes 40mg/week, almost equivalent to 5mg/day

it does help for collagen, that’s the main benefit

So in the end is this dossaging strategy better? When I start accutane, I would rather use a smaller dossage over a longer period of time to not get side effects and if everything is good+blood work good and no noticeable side effects I could permablast or at least take it a few times a week or once a week to mentain, smth like that
