is accumulative dose of Accutane really that important?

ive ordered 6 months worth of 20mg accutane (im 66kg) and apparently thats lower than the recommended 120–150 mg/kg cumulative range around 60mg/kg, am i fucked or should i be fine without needing more?

it will clear your acne but then it will just come back within 2 months so yes it is important
