is accutane and tretinoin good or bad used together?

ive been using tret for like 2 months or so and accutane like 3 weeks now but my skin is getting better but also so so badly dry is there anything else other than mosturizing 5x a day to help the dryness?

nah but my acne was so bad i would do anything to get rid of it jfl
