I’ve been studying accutane for quite a bit to get rid of my moderate-severe acne, and seen people talk about downsides such as immune system being damaged. Is it true?

I think that is the least of your concerns brother, I used to be ok with 10mg per day and then I got sides like some depression and irritation. I stopped it then after 3 months I started it and couldn't even handle 10mg I got headaches from increased intracranial pressure. I ended up in an anhedonic state and then I quit it, I found for me that it has about a 6-7day half life and took it 1-2 times per week for a period

yes ngl it worked from day one, then on day four I got too oily and I remember using 20mg, but by day 12 I had the sides and it was summer so yeah, the benefits lasted for 3 months I used topical isotret gel before the iccutane and never got this good of a result, and ever since then I've been able to get away with doing less things

good bro, it's OTC where I live lol, if only oral minox was otc I'd be smirking like a mf,
Another benefit I saw from Accutane: dandruff was eliminated. My scalp was too dry because a fungus was eating the oil, which made my skin shed, I realised that was the case since accutane removed the sebum and I had no dandruff

Yeah you can also get skin cancer from it I heard
yeah because you reduce the oil that actually protects the skin from the UV, but if someone goes and does solarium sessions I believe it could be healthier to do accutane and tan faster, and if you combine it with MT1 which increases the rate you produce melanocyte activity, it could be it, because darker skin hides the irritated skin and acne scars and the accutain will clear it so MOG

if you get then again try using any kind of diuretic, for example furosemide, which will lower brain adema(that's actually how it prevents some of the neurotoxicity from alcohol lol) I used 12,5-25mg HTCZ for my headaches that's how I actually continued using it

You could just say Ok mum I'll take TUDCA go whatch the liver benefits of that. The liver damage is actually dose and and duration dependent, and just manipulate her a bit
