Is Accutane Even Working

I am 125 lbs, and I have hit a dose of 5k mg, and I started in early May. Is this just post-inflammatory erythema (PIE)?

Do I have to wait longer? It's been around 3 months.

I was taking 80mg for about 3-5 weeks before, but I bumped it down to 40mg yesterday and will continue out with 40mg

I don't think it's fake. I have experienced all the side effects, like dry lips, dry eyes, and dry arms.

Also, it's very rare to produce fake accutane bc it's mass-produced everywhere, so that's very unlikely.

I also see results, but it's just not what I am looking for right now.
