Is Accutane (Isotretinoin) worth it?

Acne has gotten bad to the point I'm considering using it. Does it cause depression? Does it stunt growth? Any other options out there for mild/moderate acne. Pros and cons?

My acne is around the mouth, jaw, neck and sternum/upper chest, upper back. My face is swollen kinda like this:

I’m taking it and don’t notice much other than dry skin. If it causes depression I don’t know because I was depressed and spiteful before taking accutane just as I am now

Yes exactly. If you just have a bit of acne, it will go away on its own, but if your face is covered with it, then accutane will really halo you.

It's a poison that kills random stuff in your body and as it turns out it happens to also through an unknown mechanism of action clear your skin up. Cancer patients sometimes take it. So take that as you will.
