It gave me horrible eczeme itches on my arms and a blocked nose so had to stop it i was on only 20mg but it was good for my skin. It still didnt do 100% but the rest is diet based.

People usually break out at the beginning didnt happen for me it mainly reduced the oily skin and the pimples not much collagen wise though thats probabl what u looking for but i took it only 3 months im sure if i was on it longer the changes wouldve been better usually people take it 6-12 months with increasing dosages each month from what i know,ask your doctor about this ,mine was horrible he tells me i got nothing but hes skin was better then mine despite being 25 years older lmao
