I have acne around my nose and hairline areas, I'm still in puberty so I'm wondering if I can fraud anything or just get on accutane

If you're not satisfied having your current body morphology for life, I wouldn't recommend getting on acne.
Just stick to Tretinoin + Keto/Paleo diet.
