u dont risk much of anything unless u exceed 1mg/kg dosage

i took the standard 1mg/kg dose as prescribed by my derm

yes i could still work out but would recommend high quality high dose fish oil with correct ratios as lipids will already be increased / cholesterol will increase on accutane
