Obviously speak to a doctor first, but I was prescribed Accutane which cleared my facial acne, but was later prescribed minocycline for re-occuring acne that later developed on my body. Minocycline cleared my body acne.

Maybe things are different in your country, but where I live, Accutane is often prescribed as a 'final resort' only after the patient's acne has been unresponsive to other acne-treating medications. Your doctor may start you off on minocycline.
