I literally have 0 acne, only the occasional pimple and blackheads (which bother me quite a bit) but other than that my skin is fine

so just wondering, is it worth using accutane only for the nose reduction and is the reduction even significant enough to spend money on it

In most isotretinion cases, the nose reduction is a result of sebaceous filaments and blackheads dissolving. There is also the shrinkage of the actual pours themselves but it isn't that drastic. If you have zero blackheads or sebaceous filaments the results won't be that drastic, but you'll still have the pour shrinkage on your side. Id say micro dose Accutane and use hydrocortisone for best results.

mark as solution pls
have you tried hydrocortisone before debating accutane for nose?

but is the size reduction significant?
Dont really want to spend money on it if its barely noticable as it isnt exactly cheap

id prob start with hydrocortisone at least since its dirt cheap so it doesnt really matter if it turns out to not work

I do have blackheads but then wondering if tretinoin cream would have the same results for shrinkage?
seems like a much cheaper option if it works

Yes it would work, just with less extremity. With Accutane it works from the inside of your body which yields greater results. Topical would still have results, it would just take more time and wouldn't work as good as actual Accutane. Even if you don't have acne microdosing Accutane is insanely beneficial for collagen and other skin aspects.
