Is accutane worth it

My acne is painful and ugly but its not TERRIBLE its pretty bad tho I got accutane prescription after 5 seconds at my first dermatologist appointment
1 month ago i had bone age xrays and it says all my growth plates are open and i have bone age of 14 im 15 3 months and 5'11.75 should I do accutane i really want to but i dont wanna stunt growth in height or bone growth theres also a rare chance for hair loss and I already losing alot of hair also theres a chance it can make my ibs worse which is already hell

As long as u don’t care about the sides, which do vary person to person, then yes take it

Only thing im worried about is ibs getting worse height stunt and hair loss

i took it in eighth grade and just grew another half inch since a year ago, (12th grade now)

It will clear ur acne but has sides, you could try an animal based diet and if that doesn’t work just go carnivore for like 30 days that will fix ur acne. Accutane works but should be last resort
