Is accutane worth it?

my face was terrible with acne but it's kind of clearing up now. The dermatologist suggests going on accutane but i don't have the money right now. Should i just wait it out or go should i go on accutane?

it wont do shit its hormonal, he needs accutane or at least use benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin daily to keep inflation at bay to not scar
