okay gatekeep ts. you grab your poop. you have to eat good food tho, no slop. if your poop is nice, soft, warm, and brown, that means its good. now use that poop to put it all over your face. eating it is optional. but poop has GHK which makes you skin clear. the picture is Tom pearl. look at how his skin is. this is all because he smears his face with shit. his skin is very smooth and you cant even see any wrinkles. btw he's in his like late 60s and rocking a very nice skin.
