Is aging from Sleep Deprivation irreversible?

I'm 20. between 17-19, I always used to get shit sleep. I'd stay up late on my phone and then wake up early for school. I'd show up late to school almost everyday and fall asleep in classes because I was so tired. I never knew this could age you. Would this have aged me and done irreversible damage to my skin or should I just fix my sleep schedule and my skin will go back to glowing.

My skin looks not as good as when it was 17. So yes. I just thought this may have been natural part of aging.
I dont diet either. I'd(and still do) eat anything whenever I feel like it.

i've heard it can get better. if you fast you are "youthmaxxing"
 
Correct your routine failos, in the worst case the things doesn't will go better but at least doesn't go worse.
