I'm 20. between 17-19, I always used to get shit sleep. I'd stay up late on my phone and then wake up early for school. I'd show up late to school almost everyday and fall asleep in classes because I was so tired. I never knew this could age you. Would this have aged me and done irreversible damage to my skin or should I just fix my sleep schedule and my skin will go back to glowing.

have you seen any actual damage?

My skin looks not as good as when it was 17. So yes. I just thought this may have been natural part of aging.
I dont diet either. I'd(and still do) eat anything whenever I feel like it.
