Is AI accurate for height prediciton ?

Short story my doctor couldnt tell my height potential but he said I will be over 188 cm tall and I asked gemini and I really idk If IT is accurate or not
I mean 3 months ago I asked grok If I am going to have a growth spurt and the bot literally said I will have grown pain first from sacrum and IT will start from 17.6 to 17.8 and my growth spurt started 4 months earlier.

Maybe yes, maybe no. I use perplexity but at the end of the day, all AI can do is create predictions based on the data input you give it, even if you give extensive input, it can't read the thousands of genes in your DNA that determine this, even less with experimental interventions. If you don't cherrypick information it may be able to give you A VERY ROUGH idea of what's achievable.

The best way to predict height is on bone age,in which tanner stage you are,nutrition and grandparents or relatives (uncles,etc) height
