Is alar base reduction included in the typical rhino?

Thinking about getting rhino. I have two main flaws regarding my nose. my dorsal hump and the width of my alar base. I don’t know much about surgeries, especially rhino. Can surgeons tackle both of these flaws at once or would I need two surgeries?

why reduce alar base? unless ur going for the moel look its a mogger trait imo, look at matt boling and hstikkytokky
