yes its bad. no it doesnt matter because i guarantee theres much more stuff you could change before alcohol consumption that are even worse

Long term it fucks elastin and can cause yellow scleras and shit like that but it doesnt do much short term

Ideally of course you should never drink but just dont do it too often,have atleast a couple days between each drinking session and you can rry to minimize the effects from drunking

The best ways s probs iv glutathione and/or melatonin megadose but iv glutathione is also expensive so only if your rich,if youre not nac is a good alternative. Just buy powder melatonin for it to be cheap

Also just have a gatorade before and methylene blue seems pretty good
