Is alcohol beneficial in small quantities?

I drink kefir daily and it turns out that it contains a small amount of alcohol. Will it be a long term looksmin even in small amounts or does it actually have benefits? (it does according to a few sources)

Ye it can chelate excess iron
 
kefir is fine, don’t drink alc directly tho
