Is Alfi good for aesthetics

I have SFS and need trimax. Alfi takes my insurance, so he would be good, but how is he for aesthetics? I know he mogs for airway but some say he overadvances

I think he is good, he is kinda hit or miss tough. From what i have seen recently bobek is the best in US with li and gunson. Bobek is relatively affordable in us terms, 20-40k

yeah i feel like Gunson is the best but he costs an arm and a leg since he doesnt take insurance. You think I should just go Alfi? I could also look into the Italians like Ramieri but would rather not go overseas
