its probaly some fake shit, like on amazon eu you cant buy pepper sprays because they go against the amazon policies, but there's lots of so called "pepper sprays" they list the item as it was what you think you're gonna buy but then its just something close with good idea if it worked, they actually just red wall sprays that colour the target of red, the same is probably the RU you saw listed on amazon its not that its just an idea similar, that doesnt work and cant be sold on amazon because of their policy, if you think it might be that RU you need, ask to the amazon service line or if they have an email, contact the company that listen the RU on amazon and ask if its the real thing

okay i understood so he's selling the research grade chemicals that are mainly ment for research grade and its not ment for human use, i guess here the seller is just selling it because desperate and kinda silly people want the thing but cant find it for cheap thats why that price of 65 euro, short answer: amazon doesnt know it could be used for "human experiments" because the seller listed it as a lab research powder only, which is legal since its not a medicinal and idk if it could or not because there's some unknowns of the purity of the powder.
