it depends, majority of the stuff you gaf abt can be seen in a single blood test. most bloodworks will screen you for (important stuff only mentioned) test, estrogen, vitamin D, cholesterol, etc. i think some screenings can even tell you your IGF-1 levels, but you'd have to specifically request that bc normies dgaf abt that shit
