For me it was looking mtn,being short and ethnic snd therefore being treated as invisible or poorly. And if you are self aware you start to get cold in order to not let bad experiences influence your emotionally. So bascially a defense mechanism

i understand, some sort of emotionless state that you body is

some npc state you body in (you don"t care, emotionless, no stress (or maybe there is 24 hour stress but you body will not let you feel it 24 hour so it put you in that state))
