My es ratio is 0.46 tho, isn't that ideal? Only my midface seems fucked up for me and I'm tryna save up for surgery to change it but haven't consulted docs on what procedures are available. When I ask this forum, the advice isn't concrete as well. It's all over the place

My bad, I got the midface ratio the wrong way around

I was thinking 1.27 would imply a long midface

How are u supposed to measure the midface ratio again? For the vertical measurement, is it from the middle of the eyes to top edge of upper lip or bottom edge of the eyes to top of upper lip?

1.05/1.06 and below is ok, if you saw most people in that range you wouldn’t even pick up on the fact that they have a short midface. Fwhr plays a way bigger role in that aspect.
