Can someone help me out? I’m 15 and I have a narrow palate. I’m getting an MSE tommorow but after seeing this on reddit idk if i want one anymore. Jfl at this terrible result.

the left is before and the right is after. What’s the probability this happens to me and i descend?

Just ask your ortho if theres a risk of assymetry and mayb even show him the pictures

Worth getting MSE done first then trimax?

Was asking chatgpt said that i should probably get MSE first considering my palate was narrow. Only thing i was worried about is the nasal base getting wider by a couple mm since my nose is already a huge failo. Apparently it will: Gives your surgeon a wider and more stable maxilla to work...
