Is an ultrasound bone healing device cope?

I’ve recently gotten prescribed this device for a bad stress fracture on my fibula from running track. I’m going to use to heal my ankle obviously, but I am also not interested in whether or not it can help stimulate bone growth in the face. Anybody here have any thoughts on this? Or is it just another stupid cope?
