Technically it is worth it, especially if considering ROI or anabolic/androgenic

But... there's more effective compounds

id do eq or something but its too late for it should have started at day 1

EQ is good for bulk and muscle gain, not much for recomp, I'd say var is for the strength and cutting but it can still work
