I know his prices are pretty good, however I saw a thread not long ago of a woman completely turned into a monster after bimax. Is it legitimate or better to see another surgeon?

Almost every surgeon destroyed a few patients. Thats the risk you take when cutting your bones into pieces and putting them together again.
Dr.A learned a lot from the swiss surgeon triaca, which is the founder of chin wing, and very renowed worldwide.

I think Andreishev is a good surgeon but I'm probably going to go for Dr Marianetti for my bimax. Cheaper prices can be appealing but not for "big" surgeries like that. If it goes wrong you could have problems for the rest of your life.

You should only get a bimax from someone who is a qualified and certified oral-maxillofacial surgeon. Kinda goes without saying but absolutely do your own research and look at his work.

more expensive is not always better

Definitely the case with less invasive surgeries. Hair transplants in Turkey are dirt cheap and they have the best surgeons in the world. Maxillofacial surgery I'm not so sure. Is it cheaper throughout Russia in general?

keep in mind also that many of the people who are destroyed often:
-have done way too much advancement
-still bloated post op

Better question:

Is jaw surgery something you want to skimp on?
