I thought of why transgender surgeries are justifiable but looksmaxxes arent.
Everyone knows a transgender is transgender but it feels easier to interact with them when they looks more female. That would be the looks equivalent of acting like a BBC while being white and then having surgery to looks more black so people felt more comfortable around your identity/behaviour

what? imagine if someone acted like a BBC but was ginger/cumskin. I would feel more comfortable so "yea you should get surgery so your physical identity matches your mental/personal identity". You should never "looksmax", you can change your looks to fit your personal prefence but no such thing as looksmaxxing
