I rarely drink it as the closest place that sells it to me is a farm about 1 hour away but you could also probably get it from butcher shops just might not me as high quality

no I drink it in raw form straight from the cow but hes a very reputable and loved farmer so I trust him

Yes it is very nutrient dense. I drink porks blood since a market close to me sells it and it's so good and sweet. I can get cows blood but it's a long distance drive. But regarding the best blood to drink I would say cows blood is probably the best. Bison or goats blood is good also I hear.
