Ct scan and gonial angle, narrow palate, bad forward growth, vertically long maxilla, crooked teeth, bad under eye, bad zygo width close to the eyes

Usually when you are downward grown the zygo arch bend outward creating more byzogma width but the zygos close to the eyes drop down and the orbitals too(negative tilt usually). Which creates less ipd and bad prominence of the zygo(ogee curve esp)

You can mask it to some degree with saddled Infras. Or you could hope for some weird widening with MSE. I have it too so yes, and I will try with Infras
