Like im not super depressed and suicidal, but its just kinda like these boring days, and my life is kinda gloomy. Not much to look forward to but just comfortable enough to keep dragging along. Mostly just very dull.

Same here. Main thing I need to stop doing is loading up so much instant dopamine which I'm trying to fix slowly but surely.
