Is anybody else terrified about the state of the world and if so how are you coping with it

Everything I see on the internet pisses me off so much. everybody is anti-growth, anti art, just circling themselves further into idiocy. everybody is addicted to their phones myself included and it instills such an extreme sense of dread in me that I feel like I'm going insane. Nobody is making anything anymore and people are worrying about if theyve done any bad things so much, when they havent done much of anything at all. I feel like everybody is just waiting on the edge of insanity but most people are too dumb to realize it. Does anybody else feel this way and if you do, how did you break out of it and fix the permanent headache of the world

unfortunately ive fucked myself by choosing a career path that relies on working with other people. its so hard because as stereotypical as it may be to say i feel like i havent ever met somebody that sees the world the same as i do. whatevr its just life ig
