It's hard as fuck for me to string an actual intellectual thought together without pausing, going like "umm, ughh" and using medicore vocabulary, I just come off as a wannabe and a retard. I think all of those years of doomscrolling, lack of quality literature and communication has made me intellectually illiterate. idk it just takes me a minute to form my sentence because my reaction time is like fucking retarded bc of my adhd so it usually takes me multiple seconds to form a good sentence and the more time i get the better the sentence i can form
