Once food noise kicks in i can't focus or think of anything else and need to eat a huge meal to feel normal again. I'm talking about stem topics btw high school is tutorial mode and doesnt count

Well, as you can see, the desire to eat is bothering you, to get rid of it you need to stop drinking caffeine, when I gave up sugar + caffeine + flour I didn’t want to eat at all, but I died of boredom

Maybe increase your calories a bit if it's affecting you that much. Not worth compromising your education/career for.

I dont feel almost anything at 30-40mg dose i used for 1 month it worked then now it just does nothing even at max dose
