agreed but you CAN do a form of starvemaxxing as long as you consider the issues:


Muscle Loss, Electrolyte defficiency.

Consider taking protien shakes, 4k mg of potassium, 500 mg of magnesiam, 2k mg of sodium, 1 gal of water
