Is anyone else having issues with constipation when mewing?

For some reason whenever I dedicate a full day to mewing, I end up constipated.
So I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they have any solutions.

You should eat more fiber and mewmax, that would fix the problem AND make you cl, it's brrotaly over for us gandy lites once you do the fibermaxxing tho
