How old are you and are all your growth plates actually closed? (Including vetebraes)
20 and prolly. Im 6.1 but i wanna reach 6'2 barefoopt and stop hhaving to wear lifts to height fraud

if ur 20 ur growth plates are 99.9% likely to be fused don’t waste ur time

no measured gains. i did it for like a week or so like a few weeks ago. i wouldn't say i got injured, but my ankles hurt a lot it was difficult to walk. im still recovering sometimes it hurts when i walk especially on stairs

ivce been doing for two weeks but im fine. I do uit 5 times a week and like @5.5psl says ill measure to see gains in like 3 weeks

he said he gained barely a cm while doing it and it was likely because he measured at a different time of the day i don’t wanna be that guy but i highly doubt the microfracturing thing actually works

i did it everyday for 10 minutes of stomping as hard as possible on concrete with shoes while rotating feet (for torsional loading) and switching direction

i doubt it works as well. it just seems too good to be true and the proposed mechanism seems unlikely to work, especially so quickly. im still trying it anyway cuz im desperate

i was sleeping with 7.5 lb ankle weights. it was uncomfortable but i think it'd be superior to only wearing them for a relatively short period while awake

yea don’t stress it if u were like 5’6 then that would be brutal but 6’1 is a great height
 
lift frauding is stressful
hmm ig it would be better to be like 6’3 or something but no girl would reject u for being 6’1 and u mog the majority of guys

i will but im gonna go er on you if i dont. I can only run for 28 min before i get gasses. Should i stretch fior more than 60 m,in. I do 5 lbs each leg rn

I'm not sure if my plates are closed but it's most likely.
I lost a lot of time researching complex techniques, my plan will consist of the basic methods so as not to waste more time.
I will drink 1 liter of milk a couple of hours before bed.
I will sleep 10 hours a day.
I will do sprints 3 times a week and swim every day.
Swimming will serve to increase my daily caloric intake and to obtain more protein
I will supplement high doses of collagen, Vit D3 and Zinc.
If that doesn't work I'll traffic organs and pay an LL
