no measured gains. i did it for like a week or so like a few weeks ago. i wouldn't say i got injured, but my ankles hurt a lot it was difficult to walk. im still recovering sometimes it hurts when i walk especially on stairsI am doing micrafractures as well any gains so far and did u get injured?
