You are 6 ft 2 to start off with.
You give off aspie tendencies, that don't seen to be grounded in reality. You look like you mentally torture yourself and you been here since 2018 posting this.
This is probably the root of your problem.
You do have a soft effeminate look to you but it's by no means over. You can easily gym max and hair max. You could consider surgeries to masculinise your face but would max out softmaxxing first.
Overall softmaxxing and being NT will bring you up.
Work on your mental health.
Whilst softmaxxing consider joining www.meetup.com just to go out and meet people and do things like cinema, bars, clubs ect.
