i don't go outside, and when i do/am forced to talk to people i just try to end it as quickly as possible, unless if it's online, my only human connections are online, i'm planning on meeting up with some of my online friends though

but when i was younger i would always go on autistic rants about certain animals i was obsessed with.. like gnathia pantherina (i was obsessed with this one since around 2002)

i used to love researching and looking at certain sea parasites and stuff.. but with the depression and burnout i honestly just stopped, now i collect LEGO.. but even that doesn't really bring me joy, i just do it to waste time, i have a cat, that's like the only bond i really have IRL, he kind of brings me joy IRL, he keeps me active atleast (by me changing his litter and giving him food and water)

Yes, i have always been like this,
i lack empathy, i don't pickup on social cues, i don't care about social norms (i legit just pissed on a building lmfao), and it's hard for me to manage my anger around people, when i went to school they made me angry i would beat them up, because they wouldn't leave me alone

plus i feel like it's hard for me to stick to one thing, i feel as if i can never have dependency on someone, so i'm more of a nomad, i've met and had a ton of friends but then we grow out of touch and shit yk?

Once your plastic surgery skills become automatic and don’t require a lot of effort or thought, then life will be easy coasting.

I’m surprised someone of your caliber is here.



Personal tip: The plastic surgery procedures you learn in residency, I recommend you learn the hard ones too. Assuming you can’t learn it after residency. Have the option of doing more than botox if you decide you want to later.
