I wish i went skiing more it's so fun, and the nature of Alaska is beautiful

I lived in Anchorage Alaska (Eagle River), not too far North so it was amazing

Someone very close to me lives there so I’m hoping to visit this summer. It looks beautiful but for the most part we have the same natural beauty here in Oregon and Washington too. Anchorage looks depressing, I’ve heard it described as “a city of strip malls”. And because of the military and the oil industry, Alaska has a jacked up male to female ratio, which is terrible for the society and why they have a sky high crime rate, the Russian Far East and similar regions around the world are like this as well.
