I tried to play it several times but always got stuck at a mission where you have to bounce a car, and if you press the wrong keys you fail and then have to travel all over again for a really long time to start it again, it's not even clear what keys you have to press to bounce the car...

Haven't played it in a long time, it was a cracked version, it was pretty buggy too, the frame rate would often drop during missions making them difficult to complete, it's highly likely it was a "special release" by the developers to discourage piracy and make you buy the official version, some game developers have done this in the past to mess with the people who download pirate games.
