appeal is arguably more important day to day when not being compared with others, its stuff like style, behavior, hobbies, skills etc stuff that attracts women. Like "i love it when men know how to cook" or "wow dudes that rock climb are so sexy" or " I love guys that dress like 2000s aesthetic" etc
