smv is much more accurate to get an idea of how strong your halo effect will be. for example being htn in a specific niche gets you a way higher smv than generic htn

Not necessarily, some facial ratios just cannot be changed and others are harder to. It's really a case by case basis, if you're born with the right ratios than you're better off just leanmaxxing and softmaxxing as opposed to getting implants and osteotemies.
