I know that it's optimal to apply sunscreen every two hours because the UV exposure breaks down the protective filters and skin oils/sweat can wear it off more quickly. But if you're inside the whole day then is using it once in the morning sufficient?

And when I'm outside the whole day walking around the city (I do that as a hobby to see if I mog or if women notice me and to analyze people's looks), should I set a timer every two hours and apply sunscreen in the public restrooms? The aging pill is one of the most brutal descensions known to man that I'm trying to avoid.
