I see it talked about on here and other forums from time to time but there aren't really any good before and after photos showing that it was able to spot reduce fat. Can anyone link some good before and afters or at least attest that they have gotten results?

It isn't cope you just gotta know what your doing but its better used when your already lean and js look to get rid of stubbon face or chin fat

My biggest concern is hitting a facial nerve. If you hit a facial nerve then its literally over. You gonna have a droopy face and lose all PSL. I know we can find the veins with a VeinLight but I've only read that we can find the nerve with ultrasound.

doesnt matter if aqualyx is cope, cutting your face fat off with a hot knife is a 100% gaurentee to lose face fat

Gauge of the needle won't negate a nerve from getting hit. Depth maybe but you're playing roulette if you can't accurately mark where the nerves are.

Also the big nerves like that qre so much bigger than the needle so getting paralysis from using a 32g needle is genuinely hard, youd have to do it on purpose and still most likely fail. Even if you did hit a nerve it would just hurt and you could pull the needle out

No you wont as it wont happen for the reasons previously listed. Hitting a nerve wont them permafucked,itl hurt for a little bit
